Check in - check out

Check-in: 15:00
Check-out: 10:00

Rooms can be occupied from 3 PM on the day of arrival and must be checked out by 10 AM on the day of departure. The Hotel provides early check in or late check out depending on the occupancy for an additional fee.

Tourist tax

Our prices do not include tourist tax which is to be paid on the spot. Tourist tax is 2,10 EUR per person per night for all guests over 16 years of age.
Between 6-16 years tourist tax is 1,00 EUR per person per night and up to 6 years there is no tourist tax payable.

Confirmation of reservation

Reservation is confirmed in written by hotel (e-mail or letter) after this can be considered as final.

Guarantee

The precondition for booking a room can be the provision of guarantee by making an advance payment. The confirmation becomes valid if the requested advance payment or bank card guarantee is received by the Hotel by the date indicated in the confirmation letter.

Cancellation policy

Each individual room reservation can be cancelled free of charge by 12 PM on the 8th day prior to arrival. In case of late cancellations and no-shows without cancellation, the Hotel will charge the full booking fee as a cancellation fee.

Payment policy

The ordered services can be paid on the spot by cash, bank transfer or credit card payment. Other payment methods on site: Vouchers issued by a hotel and / or contract partner.

Taxes

All the prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change our prices without prior notice if the VAT rate changes in the VAT law.

Gastronomy

Buffet breakfast: we serve at our hotel, Restaurant Platz.
Our main meals are served a'la carte in our Restaurant Platz.

Smoking

All rooms at the hotel are non-smoking.

Pets allowed

Pets are allowed at a limited number and conditions, subject to prior arrangement and at an additional cost.

Parking

Hotel has an outdoor, private car park where guests can keep their vehicles safe. Parking is free of charge for guests. Additional parking spaces are available on the street in front of the hotel.

Internet

Unlimited wireless internet is available throughout the hotel.
